    Celebrating 7 Days AF!!

    I never thought I could do it. 7 days, did I say 7 days, I believe I did- YIKES
    Now I just have to keep that evil demon that is sitting right behind me from catching me with my guard down. SO far with the supps, I have no cravings. I am also keeping myself busy, and went to my first AA meeting last Monday. dont miss having to damage control from a binge, or a good stiff hangover- usually with a work day to have to deal with besides the hangover! Thanks everyone, I am a newby, only 7 days in the MWO group. the book just arrived, and I hope to be able to write you next THursday with the number 14 on the title instead of 7. :thanks: EVERYONE AT MWO

    I am sure you will!! Not drinking is the best feeling. The supplements help me no end. Keep up the good work!

          WELL DONE!! THAT IS GREAT!!!!!!! I'm sooooo proud and happy for you! Good luck for the next week. You need to stay VERY strong, don't let your gaurd down for 1 sec, don't listen to that voice that questions why you're doing this or saying, just one glass will not hurt... STAY STRONG. YOU CAN DO THIS. I REALLY RELLY look forward to reading your day 14 post next week. I'll be keeping my eye out for it. You're fantastic!!
