Thanks everyone! Just a quick and encouraging update:

Boyfriend went to a concert last night with some friends (I didn't go). I'll admit I was a little worried about him drinking and perhaps getting out of control since that is a venue where he would normally party hard. We talked about sticking to beer if he did decide to drink, and going slow. No shots.

Well when he got home, he had not had one drink. He told me that he was actually grossed out by the smell of beer on everyone at the concert, and had no urge to drink whatsoever. He's going to end up like one of those Straight Edge people! LOL

I am very proud of him. I think we're going to try to go until Thanksgiving AF, and at this rate it should be very do-able.
