I am not sure how bad the bags are under your eyes but whenever anyone stops drinking they look soooo much beter. Give it a try.

Gee, I thought the bags under my eyes were fatty deposits from overeating!
Ristorante, if that is your only symptom of alcohol intake, feel grateful.
Probably is reversable... maybe see your local GP.

As someone has already said, stopping/reducing drinking will improve things physically & mentally in many, many ways. Have you read the book yet & thought about the best plan to move forwards?
