Hello Everyone,

I'm nervous and scared but I need to stop drinking for now and hopefully some day just be able to moderate my wine consumption and not let it control my life. I have three small children and a great husband. I don't want to lose my family so I need to get my life in order without the assistance of wine on a daily basis.

Please wish me the strength and I'm glad I found this website.

Hi Max's mummy - Welcome
I too am a mum (3 and 4 year olds) I had a daily wine problem and realised this earlier this year.I decided I had quit / or cut down drastically for the sake of my health and my family. I have found this site invaluable - so much support - just read around and post - everyone will help you.
