Peace - good for you for being able to stop after a couple and switch to water. It is a struggle that many of us can't do but want to be able to achieve. You have accomplished a great deal already and I think that it is great that you are already finding your own way out. If that is being able to have a couple of drinks here and there - I think that is fantastic for you! Have a great AF week and worry about everything ODAT.
