I'm happy to start the beginning of day 3 AF - clear-headed!- at first I thought it was no big deal compared to twosox 7 days but then hey! we all start somewhere and it feels great to be able to share this.. not as hard as I thought, but the big test comes in fixing dinner for everyone tonight - my weak point.. eastmom

:goodjob: Mine starts today and my sticking point will be Saturday when we go out for a meal with friends...I was going to try not to drink until then but have now decided not to drink for a few weeks to see if I can break the cycle and then be able to drink sensibly. If I can't then I guess total abstinence is going to have to be tried....scary !! -
