Withdrawal will depend on how much you've been drinking. How are you feeling at the moment Sweet? Have you ordered the Kudzu from the site, from experience I know this helps with cravings.
When I was drinking heavy I'd wake up feeling fine, then about an hour after I'd begin feeling I'd need a drink. The feeling would become unbearable around lunchtime to the point I felt I would be sick if I didn't get a drink - I was taking no supps or meds at the time so I would try anything to avoid drinking at work - sucking polo mints, eating whole bags of haribo, drinking 3 cans of tizer!!!. I wish I'd known of Kudzu then, it would have at least helped with the initial cravings.Listen for God's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; He's the one who will keep you on track. Hi Sweetgum...
Like belle said drink lots of water or try and cut down slowly each day....This is just a idea if you can ring the NHS and get the number for the (CAT) Community AL Team they may have a nurse to come out to you. Also let them know your doctor does not want to know...

I agree with O2M and Teardrop. Can you restrict the amount of AL you have in the house today, if you're buying bottles of cider, can you buy cans instead to make reducing the amount each day easier, without the temptation of drinking the rest of the bottle. Does that make sense?Listen for God's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; He's the one who will keep you on track. Proverbs 3:6 The Message
