if yur drinking heavy there are medical issues,heart att,stroke im not trying to be negative i no here they giv people in the hosp,drugs to bring them down slowly,the only other way is u wene yur self down,slowly,it is not impossible,little less per day,until yur body ajusts,

Another thing I find helps is if I DONT eat when I am withdrawing. probably a small orange or something helps, but sometimes I force some food down thinking it will make me feel better and it seems to slow the process down horribly. Although to be quite honest food is the last thing on my mind when I feel really bad.
