Never before in my life have I had such support in the way of writings of others. I don't know any of you, but we all fight that secret battle. Daily our lives are meeting others who we can not tell, but we can tell each other. I am sure we are all from different classes, different financial backgrounds but we are all the same. Humans with a big problem. Let us do it for each other. You are all so wonderfully loveley. I thank you all. Sincere in that.

I love the way British folk make Lovely into a three syllable word. Love-e-ly.

Here in the US, Lovely is commonly only two syllables, Love-ly.

When I was a college student in Japan, I found that due to Japanese equating l-r and v-b that "lovely" and "rubbery" are the same words.

So one can say in English in Japan; "Your children are very rubbery" and get a favorable response.
