Count me in too. I am on day 3 AF, my main problems will start on day 6, saturday afternoon. I am going to plan some activities with the kids on saturday evening to try and keep me busy. I am going to take it one weekend at a time and hopefully I can make my intermediate goal of 30 AF.

I'm on day 5, but I have a couple of anxious days ahead of me. I can also hear the little gremlin telling me that it's ok to stop over Christmas.

Hi Guys, you all sound good and positve here, yes, we can all do this, dont let your head tell you ANY different. OK? Yes there will be hard times but they pass, I promise. The rewards are fantastic too.
