I'm in Jamms! Been planning my strategy for a while now! Will start Campral on the 3rd after a few days of AF and have good supply of kudzu and other supps. I've got my work-outs planned for the first week and have Dr. appt on the 16th to see what my bloodwork looks like. I even have a great healthy foods list which I will stock up on!
Hubby is in for his smoking too...which will help!

Hi Everyone,
I'm looking forward to our journey. I got my rx for the Topa my Dr. is on my side. He knows my plan and is all for it. That is a load off my back, didn't really want to do program without being"monitored" by a physician.
Sara- Your plan sounds good to me. Are you sure you wan't to start the SB at the same time? The Topa will make you lose weight. Be careful not to lose to much weight at once.
Dexter- good for you,never give up.
Beaches- Good to have you onboard.
US-Nice plan, I'm glad your seeing your Dr. I had bloodwork done last month, all good. I've been taking kudzu I have to order more...and I'm still waiting for my cd's and supps.:teeter:JAMMS

I'm not ready to try Topa. I wonder if I should? I cannot imagine telling my doctor any of this. He is my husband's doctor, too.
