    One Day Down, lots to follow.

    Hi All,

    It's Friday morning where I am, and I've woken up after my first AF day in a long long time. I'm so grateful for all the support I received after my first posts yesterday. We even packed for our trip last night, which is nothing short of miraculous as we are usually jamming our suitcases shut just as the cab pulls up, by which time l have had at least two BIG Gin's to calm me down. I'm not sure how much I'll be able to check in while we're away. But will do my best. Thanks Again. Sweaty.

          CONGRATULATIONS! The first step is the hardest & you have made it! Good Job! YES! Keep it up. And remember when the urges/cravings start, how good you felt this AM waking up with out a hangover!
