ONE DAY AT A TIME Monday

Hey gang - 3 more sleeps until Christmas!! I get a little hum-buggy this time of year, from the stress. But, last night I got my tree up, lights on and now it's up to the kids to decorate. Plus, all my shopping is done and the gifts are all wrapped. My older daughter arrives tonight, and she will be miserable. It has been about -35C every morning here, and that's mighty cold compared to what she is used to out in Victoria. I will have to bring a warm jacket, mitts and scarf to the airport for her.

Everyone is doing so great. I didn't realize how far you have gone AF Dingy. And Twosox - day 30 today, congrats!!! I admire all of you for what you are accomplishing, and hope to be in your shoes during the month of January. I will have to do something, as I seem to be growing horizontally these days. Too many sweets here at work all the time, and I find it incredible how many calories there are in a cup of eggnog!!! Must avoid that stuff.

Back to work! Only a couple days left and I am off work until the 5th of Jan - yay!!!!!!
    xoxo peanut

ONE DAY AT A TIME Monday

I am relieved to see that I am not the only one stuffing my face. My weight stayed the same, usually I fluctuate during the week. I use AL as a diuretic, so I drop around 1kg at the weekend when I drink but don't eat and then I try to eat my hangover aways and gain it back. As I only drink water, AL and diet drinks I haven't noticed any change in my fluid intake, except for dropping the AL. I have discovered that I can get sugar free energy drinks, although they are still hard to come by in this part of the world.

I am on day 9 now, about to hit the gym. Normally on tuesday my body is just about recovered from the weekend and I find the 2 hour session at the gym very hard. Today I am excepting it to be easier.

And my face, my good I can't believe that I look this good. No bloatedness. I look so much younger.

Savon - a lot of people don't celebrate christmas. It is after all just one day, 24 hours. If the cinemas are open there why not treat yourself to a movie. I have heard that Australia is long, that will kill about 3 hours all up.
