Sorry Willie, I don't know what to do other than to send an email to Customer Service; they are usually very fast... except of course this is Christmas! I recommend doing a lot of reading in the Tool Box thread and old threads in the Abstinence sections, till you get your book; lots of great suggestions, ideas, and information about the MWO program in there!
