    Hi DG! If you have anything good for salmon or fish that would be great!!! I eat a lot of fish.

      Great job on 2wks Doodle bug...specially at the holidays! Don't you feel so much better?

        Doodle, I love fish, and shellfish, too. Your post inspired me to post a recipe I just made up yesterday, it's on the "recipe" section. I had some shrimp I had boiled for my mother's Christmas shrimp cocktail. Didn't want a shrimp cocktail, so I threw them in the food processor and made a nice, fast, certainly low-carb, shrimp spread. Great on whole wheat crackers.

          Yes indeedy R2C, I feel great!!! Kicking myself that I ever thought I needed alcohol to feel good, when it just made me a depressed wreck. My family is like.. who is this happy person? LOL
