Hi All, I'm just checking in as I'm on holiday and have limited internet access. Christmas hasn't been too bad AL wise, I've probably had less AL than if I was at home. I'm looking forward to getting back to Singapore to really start and put the program into practice. I think I'm going to go for 3 weeks AL free as its my Birthday mid Jan. I have Kudzu and supps and the book. Wishing everyone Peace and Strength for the rest of the Holidays. x

Good morning Sweaty Betty, glad to hear you are doing well. Just checking in myself, just took the Christmas tree down, what a mess. I really though about a glass of wine last night with our Christmas dinner, my mother-in-law, was actually trying to convince me to, but I didn't and today I am so happy I didn't. I thank God I can say day 34 today (I think it's day 34).
