    To Gyco and all

i know this sounds silly but you've helped me soooooooo much. I'm sitting here, honestly, wanting to pull my hair out, i'm also on a diet even tho i weigh only 8 stone 10 ponds (size 8 UK) cause i'm MADE to feel fat. I guess i've really just had enough. It's so hard. I'm so hungry, tired and fed up. Like i said to someone else, you know, i just wanted to have 1 bath in peace, no child pulling at my hair, putting her fingers in my mouth, throwing stuff in the bath, screaming to join me... JUst a 10 min bath MAX and the fight with my hubby was unreal. I'm a good person damn it. I'm a good wife, i sit here everyday waiting for hubby to come home, house is clean ect ect My child is sooo amazing, well behaved... why? BECAUSE OF ME yet i'm soo alone. I'm sorry for this crap. I know i go up and down like superman but i just want a cuddle and some love to show me that YES i'm doing an ok job, no, you're not so fat ect ect

Hey Michelle...looks like you need to make this a year for you too. I am not surprised you are going up and down if you have to go through all that. Can you tell your hubby how you feel? I assume its him who is telling you you are fat? Which of course you are NOT.

Michelle - you don't need to diet at the moment - you are a gorgeous size 8!!! I was trying a low carb diet before I gave up the booze but can't cope with that at the moment and have just scoffed a big bit of cake - still better than a large wine!! xx Don't be too hard on yourself xx

I'm with Sue Ellen on this one. It can be too hard trying to make two major life adjustments at once. Stick to being AF and then concentrate on losing weight. :goodjob:

Dear Michelle, I remember those days of feeling fat and having kids wanting more of me then there was to go around...I DID pull my hair out LITERALLY ???I think ???Now I miss my kids and grandkids.
I know it seems so overwhelming to you, right now and if I could spend the day with you, we could have some GIRL time.Since I can't physically be there, let me be the voice of YES, from a distance.Yes you CAN do, be. feel anyway you allow yourself to.Goggle Abraham Hicks on You Tube and listen to some of their YES you can videos.Read Louise Hay's books...She has a YES YOU CAN conferences all over the US and she is in her 80s.That's inspiring to us older woman, for sure.
Anyway my point is that time passes kids grow up and ultimately we have to face the fact that it is up to us to find our own happiness...It takes work but it is work sooo worth doing.Blessings to you.PM me if I can help you.

That woman in IAD's picture, is far to thin in my opinion, and not attractive at all. Though i'm sure she's a nice person.

Iad --- nice to hear that not all men want the skinny model types. I'm feeling (and am) overweight. Began piling on the pounds in the last 5 years with all the wine. I used to be able to look good in anything I put on, now it's a struggle to find anything that I feel comfortable in. I've got 20 lbs to lose before I'll feel better about myself. In the meantime, I'll keep what you said in mind and not beat myself up too much. I'm hoping a good side effect of being AF, is that this weight will come off!

                        Lil.michelle --- I'd give anything to be back to a size 8!

That's an awful picture. Women are attractive when they have intelligence, character and experience.
