jump on board .there seems to be a lot of newcomers and or returners(like myself) starting out on some sort of change journey today. Its not so important to write out your goal and then panic when it looks like it might not happen..i think its better for me to say I need to make changes before its too late and at present I need to get some clear thinking AF time...scary as that feels right now.
