          I have actually quit smoking a while back but I catch my self smoking every once in a while these days. I've been going out a couple of times over the holidays and feel that the smoking makes me feel safer not to drink. It's kind of a way to keep myself busy.
          AF since 15th March 2010

          The journey is the goal. As long as you're fighting the good fight and you're not giving up on giving up, you're winning. It's not about how often you get knocked down, it's about how often you get up again. Sobriety the goal for sure. But striving to get to that goal is what it's about. Not getting there. Because the journey never ends. The journey is the goal.

              Hi Sunshine
              Welldone on day 4 AF. I am on day 6 for both alcohol and cigs. The cigs I am ok with I take Nicorette 2 mgs plain qite nice actually does the trick for me. Finding the AL a bit difficult this evening wouldnt mind a glass of wine but cannot go there. U will be ok with ciggies.
