A frosty Good Morning Nestlings!

Brrrrrr... very chilly here today, snowing, wind blowing - definitely an indoor day!

How is everyone this morning? I'm having a bit of a slow start - feeling comfortably lazy, I think. Went to the gym last night (first time in YEARS) - damn, it felt good, though!

I have to admit, I've been skipping my supps the last couple of days. Stupid, I know. Just the thought of ALL THOSE PILLS makes me gag (quite literally). The only pills I keep taking religiously are the Kudzu and Champix. Hey, almost a week smoke free! Unbelievable.

Well, I should probably get dressed and whatnot - hope everyone has an awesome day!

Hi Wally! At times I have gotten off track with the supps too. I try to use the kitchen time to "schedule" second and third doses. It really helps.

Hi Guys,

i reckon our nest is pretty quiet these days, do we need to do a spring clean?

Also finding my timing here a bit odd, as I am in south east asia it is quiet for me during the days, then I come in and find enclopodia sized threads that i miss overnight. Bah, not really a big deal, just miss being able to catch up with this in the evenings as my lap top at home died, and need to be careful skiving when at work.

Anyways, otherwise all good. Sun, great going on the smoking front, well done.
