1. That I am probably saving myself from further harm
2. That for the past five nights/early mornings I haven't woken up in a sweat worried and hating myself
3. That day by day I feel a little bit better
4. That my confidence is beginning to return
5. That I am feeling more at peace with myself
6. That I am feeling less bloated
7. That I have hope for the future
