Wow, this place MOVES! Star, I was in tears with your post!! BECAUSE IT IS ALL TRUE!!! I am going to print that out, the only thing that was different was there was no music.
As you all know, I don't suffer in silence, so getting thru yesterday with jello (not even a shooter, mind you) was a week-long chore. My OsmoPrep started at 5:30...I thought for sure I was going to overdose on water! For about an hour and a half, nothing happened...I thought since I had eaten virtually nothing, that this was going to be a cinch! Then it hit. I had liftoff! Bahahahaha....I didn't reach orbit until around 10 last night. The fun started all over at 5 this morning. I was pooped. But began the morning's regime and off to the races again. When hubs said it was time to leave I wanted to take the toilet with me! Made it to the office and they took me right back...they told me he was 'running a little behind' which I didn't think was funny at all! Then they told me about the Propofol they were using for anesthesia, and I said, 'isn't that the one they used on Michael Jackson?' He said, 'yes, but with better results'. I told him he'd picked a heck of a time to be backed up...I was anxious! The next thing I know, he's putting on one set of rubber gloves...and while he's talking, he puts on another pair...I said, 'you look like OJ Simpson!!' I don't remember anything after that, apparently, he wanted to put ME out of his misery!!
I had one pollyp, which he removed and he tatood the area so that next time he will have an indicator of where it was....there is no telling what this tatoo says.
This was my 15th colonoscopy.....and no, they don't get easier with time, so don't go there.
Lav and Lola, thank you for handing out the awards this morning!!! That was so funny!! (Lola paniced!!:H) I really apprecitate your help with this very important privilidge! (my spelling is not right, but I don't care for some reason!) I'm so proud of ALL of our milestones! It is a group effort!
The cheeseburger was phenominal, from what I remember....I'm sure I ate it, I'm full....
You guys are the best....thanks for having my back. On second thought, get out from back there, enough for one day! Feels like I've been riding my broom wrong or something....Love to you all...to the couch i go! XXOO, ByrdieComment

Byrdie - very lovely to have you back here in the nest and glad all went ok
Allan - you can do this evening just fine. I had a few funny looks with my 2 pints of lime and soda this evening, but survived - though left early - and I am feeling really quite jaded after 9pm, so not really in the mood for socialising. Getting old, me.
Fin - yup, the roll call I'm liking. Can it be updated? Or be a daily post/thread?
Tomorrow. If i can get through tomorrow evening, with the free-flowing booze and party at work, I'll be pretty pleased. If i can get through it AND have a good time, I'll be well chuffed!
