Patrick, you must be busting, thank you for writing that note for us on the roll call thread. It sounds so cliche to say that this is a journey of self discovery, but it dang sure is. You really have to find what you are made of at times. I was talking to Lola the other day and said, did you ever think you'd be giving advice on how to NOT drink??? Not in a million years...but here we all are, helping each other.
I'm proud of all us, who are reaching out for help and support....it's the only way to fly!!! Stay safe and warm and AF tonight everyone!!! You won't be sorry! B

Made it home empty handed.....gym was good...really missed it the last week or so...took it slow but walked on the treddie for 45 minutes....good for stress relief...

Wineglugger, hi and welcome! It sounds like you have some good thought processes in place. Break up that routine, distract yourself and do anything to get through the first week or so. You can't underestimate getting plenty of water, sleep, good food. This is also a great time to look into vitamins/supplements should you choose to do so. You'll start to feel better soon, and we are all pulling for you!

Well, here I am on Day 5! Hooray. I think things will get better after day 7 and so forth. No time to catch up now, off to my dermatologist appt. It's so nice not having to reschedule because I am too hungover to drive there!!! :-)

Been feeling fuzzy and flat....sort of one dimensional if that makes any sense ..had a little story in my head about drinking over the Thanksgiving holiday since I am off work....this is nuts....39 days and still this pattern in my head continues....aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
