It was a long day & it ain't over yet - nearly 9:30 pm & I'm working :H
Dottie, Pauly - each attempt you make to quit will be harder, that's a know fact. Convince yourselves that you are tired of this rat race & just do it!!! You both can quit, you have the knowledge & access to all the tools. Don't keep torturing yourselves, it's not nice & 1 week from now you will be happy & feeling great

Full day here....back at the hotel after having dinner with customer and his wife and my boss. They all drank and I had water with lemon. Not a word was said about it. Catching up in the nest, great to see the new faces and some old ones, too! Settle on in! We've got plenty of room! So glad to see everyone supporting each other, THAT'S the strength of this place! I used to brush my teeth and get into bed EARLY.....do you have a TV in your bedroom? Or cuddle up with a good book? Brushed teeth and my cravings subsided....I hope whatever tool you use, it works!! You will be so happy tomorrow .... that is a PROMISEI just won't anymoreComment

yes I am watching tv in the bedroom...ate 2 yogurt cups and going to make myself a baked potato at next commercial...just 1 hour until the news...watch the weather then try to sleep.
Going to start the hypnosis CD's again tonight if I can find where I put them...they really helped the last long stretch I had...
