Witt's, there was a big juice push back a few months ago! At the time, I was the odd person out for not participating. I don't drink green stuff! :H (only if it had AL in it! UGG). Maybe I can find that thread for you, everyone really seemed to like it...hang tight while I go look....congratus on your 18 days! At 30 days you get an honorary hat! You're more than halfway there! I am so happy for you! Let me go see what I can find.

Hi and thanks for the welcome back. Lavande, so good to see you/hear you and know your around! I said that yesterday was day 1, well in my mind that's actually today cause the hangover/recovery day for me is just about getting over it. So today it is full steam ahead and officially my Day 1. I want a good week AF ahead of me because I have a function coming up soon which I know will involve Alcohol and I want some days behind me to help me stay strong! Day 3 is my weakest day from memory, so will probably be checking in lots that day just for some encouragement to ride out the storm!
Have a good day one and all, back to check in after work and other stuff!

first post..after many tries..hate computers..want to reduce alcohol but have been drinking everynite since my boyfriend passed 3 years ago still go to work everyday..like that is suppose to mean i function ok.. want to taper off..have gained soooo much weight..look like a f---g slob..so unhealthy

A lot of us have a history of trying to drown our sorrows, doesn't work Take a look in the Health store here, the MWO book, supplements, Hypno CDs are all available to help. Our Tool box is full of good ideas to help you make your plan. Please check in frequently, ask if yu have any questions.
