This is day 11 AF for me and I feel motivated. I haven't slept this much in years, but I've noticed that this increase in sleep has improved my short-term memory, which is a definite bonus. To all those who have been experiencing sugar cravings, try not to worry about it. From what I understand, this is perfectly normal. I consumed sugary soft drinks on several days last week when I was just starting out, but this week I'm not having any sugar cravings. It is odd, though, as like many people have mentioned, I don't generally crave sugary things. But what's a bit of refined sugar compared to getting drunk?
