What a wonderful Gwawky Morning (MAE) it is!
Guess what's for breakfast, DO? Freshly brewed coffee and leftover Pumpkin Pie! and I made some delicious granola bars with dates, roasted nuts and oats, dried cranberries, peanut butter.. I ate almost all of them but saved a couple for this morning. Oh and Vanilla protein smoothies with almond milk, frozen banana and blueberries for Steadfast!

and Dottie, I know you're as excited as I am at reaching this 90 day milestone! I never could have imagined (and wouldn't have dared to jinx myself!) 90 days ago that I could do this-- but one day at a time, it has happened. The support I have found here, checking in each and every day, fighting the fight when necessary and NOT picking up a drink no matter what and no matter who is saving my life!! Thank you all for being here..:h
