                  Ok all - let's get this nest in tip top shape for Lav. She needs it right now. I am busy collecting some soft leaves. I have her favorite coffee on. We need lots of kleenex and lots of hugs. We need to all band together now. This is about Lav. Let's make this a soft, safe haven for her to come to.
                  Lav we are all here for you. With an extra soft twig just for you. Your coffee cup is full of french roast. Box of kleenex by your twig and a nest of hugs. We love you...............

                    I am trussing up the branches with sturdy cords...this nest isn't going anywhere! I've got some half and half for the coffee, too...

                                ok Guys as NoraC says lets make sure the nest is in order, we all owe it to Lav to be on our best behaviour. When I 1st found this site Lav was the one who made me feel at home here in the nest so lets all share some of our grateful thoughts for this wonderful place.....

                                I am so grateful to have found this site, it changed my life and I dont think I could ever have got sober without it. For the 1st time in my life I heard stories which I thought only happened to me. My posts became my therapy and all of you my became my friends and mentors.
