    you're not alone. I'm in the same boat. Had a horrible weekend and today I'm paying for it. I just pray that this time before I binge drink I remember how awful I feel today physically and emotionally.

    Hang in there. We can do this one day at a time.

      You are not alone. I drink to celebrate my AF days...doesnt make sense but all we can to is keep trying.:l
