Finally got my doctor to look into naltrexone and he is going to give me a perscription in about a week.
My question. If you have two different drinking sessions in one day (morning and night), do you still just take one pill for the day or an hour before each drinking session. I don't remember this being addressed in the cure for alcoholism. I'm also thinking my doctor will have no idea.

When i use Neltrex...I only take 1/2 a tab. once a day and it makes the fun of drinking go away for 2 days...amazing what a little 1/2 pill does for me.
I have used it with great success to get some AF time after a binge...then i add Topa and the MWO sups to add to the anti craving.
We are all different, so trail and error will give you the best answer.
I love naltrex but not for the long haul...
