How's everyone doing that took the 30 day pledge? Day 4 for me and am feeling great! It's so nice to be able to sleep again. That damn vodka would keep me up for days sometimes. Hitting the chocolate a little too much, but it's better than drinking. Now I have to start exercising. It's so cold out I can't ride my bike. I'm going to try Taebo starting tomorrow if I can get my arse out of bed. :elf:

didn't know about the 30 day pledge or I would have taken it. Working on day 5 AF and feeling better and alittle more hopeful.
