My hubby & I said to each other this morning that we would try to do 12 days (he has a 'do' on 12th Feb) If I commit on here, to you guys, Sunshiine, LTG & lilmea I think it would really help. We can get to know each other better while we go??

well sunshine and girlies. i certainly will try to do my best to stay the seven. that gives us a few different countries to throw the lot in, which makes us a bit like the UN lol.

The biggest fight for me will be next friday when the hubby is away... grrrrrrr

this is day three for me, feeling pretty good though. and 11/2, which is crazy good, considering the old history of pretty much every night a bottle of vino (or really two if i'm honest).

Hi All, my day is nearly over. I'm sitting with a big wine glass full of soda, ice and lemon. Have just had Thai food - yellow fish curry, pineapple rice and a mango salad. Am relaxing in front of the TV allowing DH to watch 'Biker Build Off' while I do some surfing. I don't know why I need to involve you all in the details of my Saturday night, maybe its to reinforce the fact to myself that an AF Saturday is possible. We were out last night and I'd already decided to 'mod'. We had a great night, I stuck to my 3 glass limit and was quite smug when DH overindulged and was the one wobbling and slurring! Here's to February, I have a plan, and am sticking to it. Enjoy what's left of your Saturday wherever in the world you are. B. x
