has anyone done the moderation method successfully without the topa? I am taking zoloft and afraid to combine the two, started the supplements today, want to cut back on the sauce soon! thank you for any advice in advance........

without topa?
I am going to be doing the moderation without topa, but I haven't had a drink yet, so I am unable to tell you if it works or not. I am only taking the Allone and Kudzu and doing the exercise, and I have been AF for 25 days. So far I haven't had any problems. I will start with the moderation next week and see where that goes. -
