    MWO PROGRAM thread

    Morning all!
I think I may have to try Mr. Butter Almond. (we are talking ice cream, right?). But, do I have to be depressed to really enjoy?!
    Off to work now.
    Dill

Dont forget, you can: start late, start over, be unsure, try and fail AND STILL SUCCEED!

If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.

      Good morning everyone
still fighting this head and chest cold but AF it looks like the mr. almond butter is making his way around, none for me though, ice cream doesn't agree with me if you know what i mean.

Hey peanut, i've used achiote but not the paste. I use a seasoning called sazon which contains achiote, it's a goya product commonly used in spanish dishes. I don't know if you have it up in Canada. you can use achiote for seasoning any kind of meats or fish. by the way, hope your foot is better.

Happy Thursday -- sending out good vibes to everyone, hope you reach your goal today!

Hey cat! Okay, you asked for it! Oh, wait, no I did. Anyway, thanks. Sounds like you're doing great! I do follow the MWO program as closely as possible (haven't been keeping up with the CDs as much as I'd like lately, I'm so glad there's the subliminal one) I wanted to pal around here, especially with all of the depression going around. I'm hoping I can help with that as it's been my middle name at points in my life.

Yeah I don't do the CDs...never could get down that stupid staircase "you wouldn't mind descending"???
But I do take the supps and exercise when I can, but that's not as often as I like b/c I'm always in class or clinicals.

I have been in a funk, not really depression though...I think it's the stress of school right now more than anything. I just need about 35 hours in a day...BLAHHHH, whatever!

I need to be studying right now but its 70 outside so I'm looking at flowers online....hmmmm, VERY productive. I hope rain comes soon b/c I have a 20 pg paper to write this weekend, no motivation when its sooo pretty outside!

Well Im done complaining now -
              Welcome Be

And to everybody else, hope yall have a good day and hope yall get some of this awesome SUN!!

Becoming, welcome. The more the merrier, I say.

Dill, as for Mr. Buttered Almond the way I look at it, almonds are suppose to be very good for you so if you need to eat ice cream I think this is the healthy way to go and trust me, you do not have to be depressed to really enjoy.

Yesterday set a new record high in this area, 68 degrees for 2/11/09. It was beautiful. Today it is mild but very blustery.

Cat, sounds like you are very busy with school work. I hope it rains so you will be motivated to study or write your paper.

1MC, hope the cold doesn't get the best of you. I know it has been going around work.

Well good night and hope everyone has a great Friday and a good start to their weekend.

Cuckoo, I'll be at the story tomorrow, looking for our friend, Mr. B.A. in the freezer aisle!
Glad you got some warm weather. Doesn't it make you feel hopeful? I just noticed you live in NJ. My Mom, rest her soul, grew up in Camden.
Bcoming, we'd love to have you here! I do the CDs but they mostly put me to sleep. I get a little farther than CAT. I usually pass out in the "very pleasant" elevator.
Cat, I am so jealous! You are whining and complaining but you have actual FLOWERS in your environment? I'm just poking around looking for the start of a crocus, or daffodil to poke up through the ground!
1MC, Hope you feel better soon! I am just off a week with a stomach virus. It feels good to be starting to feel good.
Good morning to you all, and hope you have a great day!

Dill - what is a story? The grocery store? I don't have any flowers yet, just dreaming of what I can plant. The honeysuckle is starting to come out though, I noticed some fallen flowers in the woods yesterday.

1MC, sorry you are sick, the stomach virus and all of that respiratory stuff is going around down here. I'm trying to get over a cold now too - drink plenty of fluids! Hope you feel better!

Hey to everybody else - the "team" is growing!

                          Happy Friday!

1mc & dill, I hope you guys feel better! Dill, the CDs really do work for me. I just need to make sure there's no kids, dogs, etc around when I use them. It sucks when I'm in the middle and relaxed and all dreamy and then BARK BARK BARK. Aarrrghhh. I know I'm supposed to put myself in a quiet setting but it'd be nice if I could use the damn couch sometimes, LOL!

Cat, any way that paper could be on marketing instead of pediatric nursing? I'm going for an A here and with pediatric nursing that ain't gonna happen.

No outdoor flowers up here until probably April. Oh well, I'll just have to buy some for the vase. I think I'll do that today, to celebrate Friday the 13th. Chocolate and flowers. I've been good AL-wise, time for a treat!

On an up note, just looked out of the kitchen window and saw a little deer eating briars at the edge of the garden - makes me SMILE

OK Cat! So I made a typo! S-O-R-R-Y! I meant "store", as I am sure you figured out! You know, spell check only works if you actually have a misspelled word. Story gets passed through! Geez! We have some tough standards here!
