    Question......

    Hi everyone.

    I have a question. I'm doing really well being AF, ALTHOUGH i'm soooo tired and sluggish ALL the time. Is there anything i can do, take, eat to help with this? I'm doing excersise but i still feel sluggish and with a 1 1/2 year old... that's really not helpful!

    Any advice at all would be FANTASTIC!

    Hi Michelle, do you take a good multivitamin? that would be a good start, eating a wholefood diet as natural as possible. Lay off the sugar and caffeine. Drink lots of water.
    Also, Omega 3,6,9 vit b complex and c will all help to get you back on your feet. A regime like this takes time though, so give yourself at least 3 weeks to see the benefits

      sluggish

      I was/am tired all the time but started the supps, plus B-12 and B-complex and a Woman's vitamin. Lots of water.

      And SMILING or laughing perks anyone up. :H

        I know what you mean Michelle you just don't want to move far from the sofa do you? And you could sleep for your country as well!

        I take Gingseng like Oney said above and think it helps also about 2 lites of water a day is good. I remember 18 months is a very tiring age for Mums, they're into everything and so determined and bloody minded at that age aren't they?

          hi lil M your always doing well in my books,you recognise you have a problem,as far as the tiredness,remeber you beat yourself up with poison,keep the xercise up, lightly,of couse,as the girls said multi vitamin,little xtra vitamin c,and no more sex for 5 years haha had to thro thtin have a wonderful weekend heheh

            Water and Vitamins Yep!

            Hopefully you are not anemic but if you are Iron is what my Dr. prescribed for me.
            Some Multi Vitamins (for women) have Iron in them. Check with your Care Provider.

              I take lots of supps, esp vit b complex for stress, evening primrose and I drink the All One powder each morning. I also like Syberian Ginseng and green tea.

                  sometimes that can be a mood elevator, and it is a vitamin d maker!

                    If you're taking B complex your wee turns bright yellow (well mine does anyway!) - nothing to worry about but can be a shock so be prepared! Betty.x
