Finding staying AF fairly easy. I still have moments, but they pass. As for the ciggies... well, still struggling. Really struggling. All in all though, feel much better within myself and about myself. Just wish the hubby could give me some recognition for giving up the AL. He's pleased about the smokes, but not a word about the AL.

Hi, I had the very same problem here! AF = alcohol free
NF = nicotine free (that took me a while!)
BTW = by the way

Panicked: Congrats on 14 days AF. You should be very proud of yourself. There was a time when I went 8 months AF. I fell off the wagon. I realize now, how important it was to me to have my family and friends support me and congratulate me each time I hit a milestone. Today is now day 2 for me. I have asked my sister and husband to support me and to congratulate me from time to time. I certainly don't want to be nagged, but I certainly need some recognition for a job well done.
