I received my package today, and plan to begin tomorrow. Not without that last buzz, though. I am anticipating success, and am really excited to think I can live a normal existence with my enemy--alcohol. My husband and I are sharing the six week starter kit. Hi Slick -- wishing you the very best. You can be sure that it is possible to beat AF. It is a long slog, but worth the battle. Just think, waking up without AL fog, fear, anxiety, etc. Every time you are tempted to take AL, picture yourself waking with a hangover. Then picture yourself waking up feeling fresh and healthy.
