Welcome babyface. You have found a good place. I think most of us felt like you do when we first come here. Take your time and tell us when you are able. There is always someone here. In the meantime, if you can, try to drink some water and get some sleep?

        Please Help

        Hello and Welcome
Yes, do get some water into you, and some rest, and come back and let us know how we can be of help. The MWO book is a good place to start; also the Toolbox thread, and reading and posting. Best wishes as you begin your journey.

          Hi Babyface,
This place is wonderful for getting back on your feet. I think we all share your pain and know where you are. Get some rest tonight and come back tomorrow. There are so many people here who will help you.

            Disappearing posts

Babyface, I have learned that it is always best to copy your message before sending it. I've had some disappear like that too, and it's frustrating. But if you highlight it then copy it, if it disappears all you have to do is start over and paste it into a new message window. I think sometimes I get logged off after a certain amount of time, but I don't know I've been logged off. That's when my posts disappear when I try sending. There are other glitches, too, I guess.

Any way, Welcome, and keep coming back!:welcome:

Dont forget, you can: start late, start over, be unsure, try and fail AND STILL SUCCEED!

If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.

                    Please Help

Babyface, I was in your situation just two weeks ago. With the wonderful support I have received from this forum, I am now on the way to becoming AL free one day. But it is a daily thing, one step at at time. You will get a lot of advice from people who were and are in your situation.

Stick around, this is where you will learn how to become well again.

One day at a time, Babyface, good luck.

                    Hugs
                    Terri
