    Kudzu is great!

    Ok, I seem to need some help/ advice.

    I finally recived my order of Kudzu - which I started immediately.

    Absolutly excellent, my body started needing/ looking for its next drink by 11:00 - 11:30 Am

    With Kudzu that craving has totally disappeared, BUT, its habbit!!!

    So now how do you kick the habit, I don't have a craving but beers at lunch, wine with dinner (always too much!) seems to stay

    Any advice on how to kick the habbit?

    Hiya Peterb and welcome to you.
    A habit is hard to break, using the tools like kudzu, lglutamine, support is brilliant and will help, but you also have to make an effort to change your routine and change your thinking. So start looking at the benefits of not drinking, enjoy the sensations of being sober, think of the things you can do now you are sober. So for example you can eat out and drive home? You dont fall asleep directly after lunch maybe? You begin to feel clearer in your thinking? The pluses of being sober are endless, but you need to start thinking of what they are to you. Eventually your habits will change, you wont be looking for that drink. They say it takes 3 weeks to change or break a habit. Thats not too long is it?

      As starts said, it is a matter of retraining your brain and mind. The cravings will be there for a short while, but by not drinking and doing other things when the cravings come, we can slowly change our way of thinking. the supps help, but it is you who is the greatest asset to your sobriety. By wanting not to drink, rather than knowing you have to stop.
