Don't be shy here. We all have our issues, but we can only try to help you, if you share more about yourself.

For me.....I'm almost 53, a twin, and I love to drink rum and diet coke. I came to this site 1/28/09 and haven't had a drink since then. Prior to that I have been away from AL and right in the middle of it.

Read and post and you will gain so much inspiration to aid in your journey.

Check out the Live Chat from time to time to see if anyone is on there. (usually late at night). That's how I met my new friend (LilMia). We are supporting each other to be AF. You can do this....let folks here help you. But you got to want to be AF. Best of luck to you!
