I am so happy...I feel I can do this. Went through an entire week's holiday AF, despite numerous temptations. I'm off to fill out the drink tracker. Thanks everyone for keeping my will power strong.

Congratulations Hope!! You SHOULD feel happy. And trust me - things just get better and better the more sober time you get under your belt. Don't ever believe the voice in your head that says "now we're cured, let's have a drink..." and BS like that. Just keep going - who needs AL!!
