    Day 3

    Hello I am new to this site. I had a terrible Friday night and have decided if I want to keep my wonderful wife I better make some major changes in my lifestyle. I am a weekend "binger". I don't touch the stuff all week and plan my weekends around beer!! I can drink 20 to 24 beers a night on the weekends. Many times I go into alcohol blackout where people tell me what I did or said the evening before and have no recollection of even being there. When I get drunk I have no conscious and it has gotten me in major trouble on several occassions. I am ready to change and would appreciate any support that anyone can give. I went Saturday and Sunday with no alcohol and I feel great on Monday morning for the first time in a long time. I want to succeed!

    Congratulations RD! That is great. The blackouts can be horrible. Using the right supplements will really help you enormously through cravings, moods, etc, so check out the research section and the health section!:w
