Alcohol Free Beer?

Last year, when I had 2 months AF under my belt I started experimenting with AF beer. It turned out to be a slippery slope...and eventually I transitioned to the "real" thing -- which was the wrong thing for me. Took me a while to right myself after that.

Alcohol Free Beer?

I used to really enjoy a beer or twelve. It can get really hot here and I do not have a sweet tooth, so I tried the AF beer. I did not like it at all. To me it had a tinny insipid taste and I really struggled to finish it.

I am struggling to find a drink that I really enjoy. I have found iced tea rather refreshing and thought that I might experiment with a few concoctions of my own. Otherwise, I sometimes just go with a glass of plain milk.

Isn't it amazing how one can chase down litres and litres of fluid when you're chasing the high, yet struggle to down one can of cold drink in a sober state.

I don't think the AF beers and wines are worth it- fowl taste, calories and triggers- who needs 'em!
