    Here I go but I need your help!

    betting data thanks for that...its sneaky addiction..the tricks it plays the mind..ive been out for tea tonight for the first time to a pub..and i had thoses words with myself..im being too hard blah blah..i quickly got hold of myself..and also the children were asking me if i had stopped drinking as i had coke..they are teenagers..so i bit the bullet and said yes(how scary) cause now i cant let them down..plus they know its a problem..ive made commitments now..12 days tomorrow!! how wonderful i feel not being enslaved to that bottle!

      You are so brave to say that to your kids. There are lots of news stories here linking AL to cancer in women. My son is very worried. So I have been trying harder to hide the AL. How stupid is that? It's the same dangerous substance whether you can see it or not!

      I give you LOTS of credit, I am going to think about this all night!
