    Side Effects?

I ordered the Kudzu rescue 300 mg capsules from this site. I purchased L-Glutamine but haven't taken it because I was concerned whether the Kudzu was making me feel this way. I would like to hear about Topamine...how did it help you?

      Side Effects?

Thank you so much for that. I just stepped outside for a power walk to help with the shaking, and it has calmed me down. I'll take the Glutamine as I'm feeling more and more that I'm just dealing with anxiety issues and withdrawal and not feeling the chest pain since going for my walk. Oh and I just downloaded "My Way Out" and have already started reading it....Thanks for the link...Any tips you have are always welcome.

        Side Effects?

Dear Lost, Here's a massage technique for the heart. Start by massaging the knuckle and nail of your left little finger. Then move to the side of your left hang and massage it for a couple of seconds. Move on to your left wrist about two fingers up your arm from the "bracelet lines on the underside of your wrist. Now, use all of your right hand to squeeze the rest of your left arm all the way up to your left shoulder. Now massage the front of your left shoulder in a circular motion. Then massage your lowest left rib below your heart(you'll find the exact spot because it will really hurt) Now go on to the center of your chest, slightly to the left side of your breastbone and gently rub. All the while doing deep, slow rythmic breathing. Get some magnesium. and if the pain continues or gets worse then get some help!! xxxxg.

          Side Effects?

Eating is yet another issue. Over the past few years I've been able to eat less and less because of what drinking did to my stomach. Just a few days ago it took me a half an hour just to eat a single piece of chicken. So I slowly have to work on increasing the amount that i eat. I generally eat healthful foods, it's just a matter of getting them in to me. Ironically I lost rather than gained weight because of my heavy drinking and subsequent loss of appetite. What would you say the L-glut "does" for you though?

Thanks so much for your support. I'll probably be up and on this site all night. Chest pain is gone and I youtubed a vid on reflexology points on the foot for heart and kidney health.....I'm attacking this at all angles..but I can't thank you enough for your support and checking in, I really appreciate it. (and I can't believe it's 20 after 9 at night and I haven't had a drink!!!)
