hiya...where does one start. This is my first time on the site, hope it's not too obvious. This is my second time trying for full ab's...I've lasted for 3months. I'm really struggling though, my mind is doing back flips and I'm doing this on my own with no help. It's funny ya know, 3 months feels only like 3 days to me. Arghhhh!
