ODAT Thursday (somewhere in the world)
Yellow all,
Rainy here, never ends, occassionally think i should go outside and stand in the heavy rain and let it pelt down on me, just for fun. Then Miss Sensible rears her head and says , oh but you just washed your hair! Ha Ha I have noticed alot of people saying that they are scared/anxious about there future... will they drink, wont they drink etc...I feel very fortunate cos I realised that I am in a great head space where I no longer fear the future because I know that I drink does not equate to happiness for me. It does not mean that it is easy peasy for me, I still have issues to work through as a result of years of self sabotage but each days gets brighter and i Know that I can do it! If I can do it, I have all the faith in everyone else who truly wants it!
I really do love that feeling of tucking myself up in bed at night with a clear head. Brilliant!
