    Need help

    Good job making it to day 2!
    To find the toolbox thread you need to go to the main Forum page. Scroll down to Monthly Abstinence. The Tool Box thread is the first thread at the top. It has a lot of helpful posts to get you through those tough moments.
    The sleep will get better! For me that is the best part of not drinking - actually sleeping instead of passing out. My body has been sleep deprived for so long!
