    OK folks...I messed up

    Thanks Angelcakes

I'm going to take ur advice and write down exactly how bas drinking makes me feel emotionally & physically.I suffer great hangovers and sometimes panic and think i've poisoned my body with so much alc that i may die in my sleep.
This was how i was thinking last night and it ain't good.
Going to do that tonight when the feelings are still very raw.
Read a great post "why i hate alcohol"
Don't know where it is now but will seek it out and add my list to it.
LT you may find it useful....if i find it i'l send on the link.

We are all here for each other. Providing support when we need it, and offering it when someone else needs it. Stay close, and stay strong- don't let you guilt and failure stop you from looking forward to tomorrow - a NEW DAY

last10, if this was easy, we wouldn't be here! Just learn from your slip and move forward. I missed seeing you on the AF april thread today and wondered where you were. I just now came across this thread. Anyway, don't let this slip keep you from checking in with us on AF April. It's progress, not perfection! Very few of us have made it AF on our first try. Any one of us can slip at any time.

Dont forget, you can: start late, start over, be unsure, try and fail AND STILL SUCCEED!

If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.
