Hi,

I was just wondering about the medication that I have read about on this site. Do many people take it? Do you find it works?

I am reluctant to take any perscription medication as I take alot of vitamins just to help me with the gym and my energy levels (most times that doesn't even work) I also have low iron levels so I am on tablets for that.

Just curious on peoples reactions to the meds!

wish i could help with that answer .. but i did it cold turkey.. so just know its all doable ..
life does change as long as you are willing to change yourself

I also did it cold turkey so can't help you about the meds either. But I do know a lot of people have had good luck with them. I know some of them will be on here to let you know about them. Good luck with what ever you decide. You can do this.
